Return/Exchange Policy

We cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. Once an order has been placed, our return policy takes effect. 

Please contact us within 3 days if for any reason you're not 100% happy with your purchase.  We do not accept returns for cash refunds. We will accept exchanges on unworn, unused, undamaged clothing items. Weenie Warmers and any other custom made items including Dachshund Mobiles are not eligible for return/exchange. Exchanges will be processed within 7-10 days.   Store credit will be issued for returns. No cash refunds. No order cancellations.

We ship USPS. We ship your order to the address you provide, so please make sure it is the correct address.  We are not responsible for items sent to non-deliverable addresses, forwarded items, or any other deliverability issue caused by USPS so please double check your address before submitting your order.

Return/Exchange Policy

1. For items that are eligible, return/exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receipt of order.

2. All returns/exchanges must be in the original packaging, unused, with the tags on, and free of any pet hair/dander. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items not received in our office within a maximum of 30 days of delivery will be ineligible for exchange. We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your dog to any of the merchandise. We cannot honor returns or exchanges for any merchandise that has been used or is not in its original new condition. If an item arrives damaged or defective you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt.  Only one free exchange per order, so PLEASE MEASURE YOUR DOG prior to selecting the size for the exchange.

3. Once the item is received by our returns department, please allow 7-10 business days (not including holidays and weekends) to process your exchange/return. We will email you to keep you in the loop throughout the exchange process.

4. You must contact us within 30 days of order placement if your item has not arrived. We will not be held responsible for notifications after that time. Weenie Warmers is not responsible for items not delivered due to incorrect address given at the time of the order.  In the event that an order is held in customs or lost in transit we will send a replacement for the missing item.

5. Store Credits and Exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days.

We ship USPS. Please make sure that the address used on your order is your correct address where you receive your US Mail.

Items ineligible for a return:

  • Custom and/or permanently personalized items
  • All Weenie Warmers are custom made and therefore ineligible for return/exchange.
